Our Purpose

We offer Peer Support to those aged 18+ who are experiencing any level of mental health problem or distress, anyone who feels lonely or isolated and those who want to give their Well-Being a boost.

Opening Times

All of our groups have now stopped running until further notice

We're currently open every Monday from 10am till 3pm to all aged 18+

On the third Monday of each month we're open from 10am till 8pm

We also run a number of other Groups, Classes & Activities for our members that vary each week depending on our availability & resources.
